PURPOSE:A rubber composition, obtained by incorporating a specific filler having the surface treated with a specific amount of a silicone rubber, having improved tear strength and tensile strength and high durability and useful as a templating rubber, e.g. trial product. CONSTITUTION:A rubber composition, obtained by adding and incorporating 2-30wt% filler, e.g. milled glass fibers or glass flakes, having 20-500 aspect ratio and having the surface treated with a coupling agent, e.g. vinylsilane coupling agent, with a silicone rubber, e.g. heat vulcanizable or liquid rubber.
