PURPOSE:The titled safe repellent, consisting essentially of a specific amount of a sulfamic acid, capable of preventing the invasion of moles into a specific region by injecting into soil, prolonging the effect for 1 month or more without affecting the soil and limiting use. CONSTITUTION:A mole repellent containing a sulfamate used as a flameproof agent, herbicide, etc., e.g. ammonium sulfamate, or sulfamic acid used for acid washing or photographic developer, etc. in at least >=60wt%. The above- mentioned compound is crystalline powder at ordinary temperature, and can be tableted and readily used. For example, a mixture of 93wt% ammonium sulfamate with 7wt% excipient, e.g. talc, is tableted into one tablet, weighing 2g and having 20mm diameter.
