PURPOSE:To make transmission control procedure unnecessary, and to execute a transmission at a high speed by transmitting a transmitting data to a personal computer of a transmitting destination from a personal computer of a transmitting origin, through an external data input interface. CONSTITUTION:A data which is drawn on a picture of a display device 3 by a personal computer 1 is transmitted to a terminal 4 of the device 3 through a transmission line 5 from a terminal 2 by a video signal. This sent-out video signal is inputted to a terminal 10, too, of a display device 8 through a transmission line 17, a terminal 13 of an external data input interface 12, and a transmission line 16, and the same image as that of the device 3 is drawn on the device 8. Accordingly, when an operator of a personal computer 6 sees the image of the device 8, decides it to be necessary and executes an operation for generating an input instruction, the input instruction which is generated from the personal computer 6 is fed to the interface 12 through a transmission line 15, the image data of the device 8 is inputted, and transferred to an interval RAM of the personal computer 6 after it is A/D-converted.
