PURPOSE:To improve external appearance while eliminating the need for a finishing process such as polishing, and to enhance yield by superposing and using a light-emission display body substrate, to which a resin injection hole and an air vent hole are bored, a surface board, to which a cavity is formed, and a molding die. CONSTITUTION:Resin injection holes 12 having a small diameter and air vent holes 13 are bored previously to each disposing section of a light-emission display body substrate 1 to which several light-emitting body element 2 is arranged. On the other hand, cavities 31 having a cone shape, etc. for housing the light- emitting body elements are formed to respective sections corresponding to several light-emitting body elements 2 in a surface board 3. The light-emission display body substrate 1 on which sush a surface board 3 is stacked is turned over and superposed on a molding die, and a light-transmitting synthetic resin 5 is injected into each cavity 31 in the surface board 3 from a resin injection hole 12 needle to the light-emission display body substrate 1. Since several cavity 31 is enclosed by the flat molding die 4 at that time, the surface of the solidifying synthetic resin 5 is shaped in a flat surface in accordance with the form of the molding die 4. |
