An attachment for a hydraulic grab (14) consists of two identical troughs (26), each with an arched base (28), side walls (32) and a rear wall (34). These sheet-metal troughs (26) are supported on prongs (22) of pivot frames (16). The troughs are held in a positive-locking manner on the prongs (22) and the pivot frames (16). The attachment enables the hydraulic grab (14) to be used for transporting granular material. The troughs (26) can be removed with just a few manipulations so that the grab (14) is again suitable for fibrous material. <IMAGE>
