PURPOSE:To ensure the fastening accuracy by filling the gap between a bolt hole and a joint bolt with resin. CONSTITUTION:Shaft bodies 1, 1 are sequentially carried inboard then the flange sections 2, 2 of both shaft bodies 1, 1 are faced each other to position the shaft bodies 1, 1 thereafter a joint bolt 6 is inserted into a bolt hole 3 and tightened. Then fused resin 7 is injected through an injection hole 4 into the gap between the bolt hole 3 and the joint bolt 6 to fill the gap uniformly thus to vent the air in the gap section through an air vent 5. When cooling and hardening the resin 7 in the gap section forcibly or gradually, the tightening accuracy of bolt can be ensured. |
