PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of energy utilization in a power system which obtains rotative energy through using Rankine cycle by effectively performing recovery of not only cold heat energy possessed latently by LNG and the like but also warm heat energy discharged from a factory or the like. CONSTITUTION:After being cooled down to gas/liquid mixed condition through heat exchange with LNG from a very low temperature tank in a low temperature heat exchanger 11, gas of hydraulic fluid such as propane or the like is led to a gas/liquid separation drum 12. Here, a liquid part 13 sinks, while a gas part 14 is separated through a demister. The liquid part 13 is pressurized by means of a pump 3, and, after being heated by means of a heat exchanger 4 for warm and waste water, seawater and the like and turned into high temperature and high-pressure gas, said part 13 is pressed into the plural number of gas mixed tanks 16 through control valves 15. On the other hand, the gas part 14 is pressed into each gas mixed tank 16 through control valves 15'. Then, after being gathered and reserved in a surge tank 17, mixed gas in each gas mixed tank 16 is led to an expansion turbine 5 to make work, and rotative energy is obtained. |
