PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency in tire vulcanization and to increase durability of a bladder itself by making mold release characteristics between a vulcanized tire and the bladder after a tire vulcanization process favorable, by applying an organic solvent series primer having chemical mutual action to the bladder and a silicone series mold release agent to a bladder surface. CONSTITUTION:At the time of mold vulcanization of a green tire, treatment is performed by a primer treatment agent beforehand as a mold release agent to be used for the green tire by loading in the inside of the same and treating the surface of the bladder, and then the primer treated surface is treated with a coat forming agent. As for a primer to be used, substance having a silicone series compound displaying high adhesive force to both silicone rubber coating and bladder surface rubber for its base is used. Then a lubricant is substance to be used for an improvement in smoothness of the surface of the produced silicone rubber coating, for which 1-30(wt)% silicone rubber is added to polydimethyl siloxane and in case of tetrafluoroethylene the substance to be obtained by adding 1-30(wt)% silicone rubber is used. |
