PURPOSE:To always make a head contact constant, and to raise the reliability by providing an abutting surface and a fixing surface of a disk supporting plate, on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic disk 3 is stuck and fixed onto the same plane as an abutting surface of a disk supporting plate 4 for butting on the upper face of a hub 10. When fixing the magnetic disk 3, a regulating rib 5 serves for positioning a diameter direction of the magnetic disk 3, the regulating rib 5 is an annular rib of a concentric circle around the center of the magnetic disk 3, and the magnetic disk 3 is positioned by fitting the center hole of the magnetic disk into this annular rib. In this way, a recording disk can be fixed to a correct position, a head contact is stabilized, and a recording disk body having high reliability is obtained.
