PURPOSE:To avoid deterioration in control performance by separating oscillation frequency of each oscillator at suitable intervals to prevent the generation of beats interfering with each other. CONSTITUTION:Supposing that a detector is shifted from a region DELTAt1 to a region DELTAt2 having enough vacant space from the region DELTAt1, the detector is disposed in such a manner that L1/L2 is 4<1/>N or less. L1 and L2 are the minimum and maximum inductance in the region DELTAt2 of a detection coil. Accordingly, the capacity of each oscillator C comes to a value having no influence upon each other even if the center frequency of oscillation changes, so that the generation of beats interfering with each other. Thus, the deterioration of control performance can be avoided.
