摘要 PURPOSE:To execute the correct position control without generating the vibration by judging the presence and absence of the vibration of the motor and the dislocation of the off-setting from the number of times of vibration and adjusting the value corresponding to the dislocation before the speed command value is outputted. CONSTITUTION:First, the output of a potentiometer 6 is converted to a digital value by an A/D converter 8, and given to a microprocessor unit (MPU) 1. The MPU 1 compares the inputted with the set point and judges whether or not the value reaches the set point. When the value does not reach the set point, the speed command value is outputted. When the value reaches the set point, it is investigated whether or not the number of times of vibration is >=N times. When the number is <=N times, the speed command value is outputted. When the number is >=N times or above, it is judged to be an off-set dislocation, and when the dislocation direction is positive, the value to decrease one unit form the command value is a command value, and when the direction is negative, the value to add one unit to the command value is a command value, and these speed command values are outputted.
