PURPOSE:To know easily low many percent of the whole time to be managed has elapsed, by displaying the timer time by a percentage on a display part. CONSTITUTION:A start pulse PS for operating a start button ST is supplied to a control signal generating circuit 18, also passes through an OR 1 and sets an FF. Therefore, after 1sec, a clock signal phi0 outputted from a frequency dividing circuit 16 passes through an AND 1, and it is supplied to the clock terminal CL of a timer circuit 12 and a progress signal generating circuit 14, but within 1sec of until the clock signal phi0 after the reset of this frequency dividing circuit 16 is released, a percentage operating circuit 13 calculates a pulse number data N, transfers it to a percentage memory 141 of the progress signal generating circuit 14 and ends a storage operation. In such a state, the timer circuit 12 executes a subtracting operation by the clock signal phi0 which is outputted at every 1sec from the frequency dividing circuit 16, by which a timer display part is brought to a subtraction display, and also the progress signal generating circuit 14 generates a progress signal, by which the progress display part executes the integrating display of a percentage.
