PURPOSE:To construct an efficient computer system by constructing plural operating systems which have different functions on one computer system. CONSTITUTION:When the system is powered on, a loader A begins to be executed. The loader A reads data in a data area B to select one of operating systems C1-Cn, and the selected operating system is loaded and started. The data in the data area B are written and the system is started up to use the plural operating systems C1-Cn.
