PURPOSE:To form a positively triboelectrifiable toner easily and finely pulverizable and easily producible by incorporating a copolymer superior in compatibility with and affinity to other resins, polymers, dyes or pigments, and a neutral resin. CONSTITUTION:The toner contains a copolymer triboelectrifiable to T1muc/g, prepared by copolymerizing monomers contg. in an amt. of 2-15wt% as an constituent, an aminoacrylate monomer, preferably, represented by formula (II), especially, such as diethylaminoacrylate, from the view points of effects on the hardness and viscosity of the polymer, and using a polymerization initiator represented by formula (I), and the resin being considered as an electrostatically neutral resin, embodied by polystyrene as an effective one, and triboelectrifiable to T2muc/g, ¦T2¦<=1/6¦T1¦. |
