<p>PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of a measuring device with minimized failures, by engagement of a detector with a screw of both thread directions and displacement of each detector up to the specified value with a driven motor. CONSTITUTION:A detector 12 is located in a temporary origin and the other detector 12' for measurement of the set width of a tube 11 is engaged with a screw 13 of both thread directions and consequently, it is located in an equal position with the detector 12 located in the specified distance from the thread dividing point of said screw 13. Consequently, when the tube 11 is provided with a width wider than the specified value, by displacement in the direction shown by the arrow B of a straight leading electric motor 15a accommodated in a following mechanism is, the whole assembly is displaced through a metallic piece 15b engaged with the screw 13 and an edge of the tube 11 is aligned with the position of the detector 12.</p> |
