PURPOSE:To eliminate noise component by limiting the input of a demodulation signal to a processing circuit when a noise is detected by a noise detection circuit so as to eliminate the noise superimposed on the demodulation signal and correct the eliminated result by the processing circuit. CONSTITUTION:If a multi-path distortion noise (a) appears at an output of a multiplexer 2, the noise is detected by the noise detection circuit 3 and a detection signal Sd is outputted. The signal Sd turns on/off a multiplier 41 and the output of the multiplier 41 shows a waveform where the noise generating component is eliminated by an interval of several msec interval. The eliminated waveform portion is compensated based on the waveform just before the said noise generating portion by a residual addition circuit 40. That is, the input of the noise component is inhibited during generation of noise by the circuit 40, and a signal without noise component is attenuated in the feedback loop of the delay circuit 46 and the multiplier 44 while being circulated and the result is outputted via an adder 47. Thus, the output waveform of the circuit 40 is close to the original waveform as shown in (c).
