PURPOSE:To maintain good S/N by adding a filter, phase shifting device and an arithmetic device to the conventional reproducing device and coinciding a signal corrected in band, phase and amplitude of a time axis error signal with the noise signal. CONSTITUTION:A jitter signal (time axis error signal) outputted from a phase comparator 4 is supplied to a filter 17, and after the jitter signal of same frequency with noise signal is taken out, it is supplied to an arithmetic device 21. On the other hand, the frequency modulated sound signal reproduced from a disc 8 is inputted to an input terminal 18, and supplied to a phase shifting device 20 after being demodulated by sound demodulator 19. By correcting time advance phase of a reproduction sound signal by a phase shifter 20, time adjustment is made between a reproduction sound signal and an output jitter signal of filter 17. In such a way, the reproduction sound signal with noise portion being reduced in time axis error is taken out from an arithmetic device 21, and outputted to an output terminal 22.
