发明名称 PIEZOELECTRIC BODY MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to be low dielectric rate and stable mechanical strength by a method wherein the composition is specified with a piezoelectric body material in which a part of lead is substituted by calcium and manganese diox ide and niobium pentoxide are added as sub constituent, in solid solution system with titanate and zirconate. CONSTITUTION:A sintered body, which is large Kt and anisotropy, and is of small dielectric rate and also its ceramic is minute and large sintered body can be obtained by means that a part of Pb is sub-constituent at a side of more Ti than phase interface, which has not been utilized so far because of low piezoelectric property, and is selected in the scope of the formula and also polarization is facilitated in the PbTiO3-PbZrO3 solid solution system. Thereby, the sintering body, which is small porosity rate of ceramics and is more minute, also mechanical strength is excellent and stable, can be produced.
