发明名称 FUEL RESERVE INJECTION CONTROL METHOD OF DIESEL ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make a fuel injection quantity so as to become the irreducible minimum of it combustible as reserve injection all the time, by varying the fuel injection timing at the time of the reserve injection on the basis of an ignition delay period calculated out of reserve injection starting timing and combustion starting timing. CONSTITUTION:A needle lift value signal out of a needle sensor 13 and a combustion detecting signal out of a combustion detecting sensor 20 both are inputted into an electronic control unit 14. When an engine is in idling or its temperature is beyond the specified value, valve opening time and combustion starting time of a nozzle needle 12 are calculated from these detecting signals, while valve opening time of a solenoid valve 15 is controlled so as to cause the combustion starting time to accord with the valve opening time of the nozzle needle 12 where main injection starts, and a fuel injection quantity at the time of reserve injection is controlled. Thus, combustion by the reserve injection is smoothly continuable to that by main injection.
