PURPOSE:To set up a grain temperature of grains to be pressed and ground equally to an electrode temperature and to measure the humidity of grains highly accurately by forming electrode parts on the outer peripheries of a pair of rolls and forming driving bodies in respective rolls through heat insulating parts. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rolls are arranged and the electrodes 3 are fitted to respective outer peripheral parts. The heat insulating parts 5 are fitted to respective insides and the driving bodies 4 are fitted to the insides of the heat insulating parts 5. The upper and lower driving bodies 4 are coupled with roll shafts 18, 19 and gears 20, 21 respectively so as to be driven. Grains of which moisture is to be detected are applied between a pair of rolls 1 and pressed and ground to measure the humidity on the basis of the electric resistance of the electrodes 3. Since the heat insulating parts are fitted to the insides of the rolls to insulate the temperatures of the electrodes and the driving bodies and set up the grain temperature equally to the electrode temperature, the humidity of the grains can be measured highly accurately. |
