PURPOSE:To make it possible to keep sealability good in the situation where the adhesiveness of elastic members is weak, by attaching holding plates to a rod, and connecting the rod and elastic plates with each other through said holding plates, watertightly and elastically. CONSTITUTION:A rod 8 which has a screw 7, is inserted through the axial core part of a casing 1, as this rod 8 pierces elastic plates 4a-4c, and holding plates 10a, 10b, 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b which grip the elastic plates 4a-4c through nuts 9, are attached to the screw 7 of said rod 8. In this way, the elastic plates 4a-4c can be fixed by the holding plates 10a, 10b, 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b, without being made adhere by adhesive. Consequently, sealability can be kept good in the situation where the adhesiveness of elastic bodies is weak, because the elastic bodies are fastened and fixed to the rod by the holding plates 10a, 10b, 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b which are attached to the screw 7 of the rod 8. |
