PURPOSE:To obtain a stable resin composition having long pot-life, by compounding a vinyl resin containing silyl group with an alcohol and/or an alkyl orthoformate and an alkoxysilane compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition can be produced by compounding (A) a silyl-containing vinyl resin having a molecular weight of 1,000-20,000 and containing at least ne silyl group of formula (R1 and R2 are H or a univalent hyrocarbon group selected from 1-10C alkyl, aryl and aralkyl; X is halogen, alkoxy, acyloxy, aminoxy, phenoxy, thioalkoxy or amino; at least one of X is phenoxy; a is 0-2) in the molecule with (B) an alcohol and/or an alkyl orthoformate and (C) an alkoxysilane compound. The component A is a resinn composed mainly of a copolymer of monomers selected from methyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, vinyl chloride, etc. |
