PURPOSE:To prevent a toner from scattering and leaking by constituting a titled mechanism so that the other end part of a toner cartridge is detached from a cartridge holding member and made to ascend by an energizing force of a lifting member, when the cartridge holding member has been moved against the energizing force. CONSTITUTION:When detaching a toner cartridge 12, a projecting part 142 of a slider 14 comes out of a window part 153 of a holding lever 15 by ringing an operating piece 152 of the holding lever 15 to a turning operation to the outside, also an engagement of a cartridge holding claw 151 with a projecting piece 121 is detached, and by an energizing force of a spring 17, which has been given to a slider 14, the other end part side of the toner cartridge 12 is brought to a jump operation upward instantaneously together with the slider 14. By this operation accompanied by a vibration, a toner adhering and remaining on the inside wall surface of the toner cartridge 12 is dropped into a toner hopper 9. In this way, when removing the toner cartridge 12, the toner is prevented from scattering and leaking to other part than the toner hopper 9. |
