<p>The procedure involves achieving carbonisation and distillation of the material by transforming heat to the material using a steel plate. The plate is pre-heated until it is red hot and is pressed down onto th-e material mass. - Pressurised air is introduced through a combustion nozzle (10) to achieve complete combustion of the volatile substances derived from the distillation. When these substances are combusted the derived heat is used to maintain the plate's temp. until all the materials are incinerated.</p> |
