CONSTITUTION:In the MT (cassette tape recorder) format at the time of registration, an instruction registering area IE of a prescribed length is provided from the starting position SOT of a cassette tape 40 and seven kinds of instructions 41a-41g for voice recognition are recorded in the instruction registering area IE with prescribed Mute intervals between each of them. Successively to the instruction registering area IE, a program area PE is provided and voice instructions 42a, 42b,..., which are inputted by means of voices by appropriately selecting the instructions previously registered in the instruction registering area IE, are recorded in the program area PE.
