PURPOSE:To provide a cosmetic giving no sticky feeling to the skin and having excellent moisturizing effect, by compounding a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol together with a polyoxyalkylene alkyl glucoside ether. CONSTITUTION:The cosmetic contains (A) 5-40wt% water-soluble polyhydric alcohol having >=2 OH groups in the molecule and (B) a polyoxyalkylene alkyl glucoside ether at a ratio (B/A) of >=1/10. The stickiness caused by the water-soluble polyhydric alcohol can be eliminated by the addition of the polyoxyalkylene alkyl glucoside ether. |
