The composition comprises aggregates of graded crushed or round pebbles with a mean diameter of more than 1 mm and more than 1% of the weight of a binder resin and, after the binder resin is matured, a ground which is permeable to water and steam is obtained, as bound pebble aggregates, the ground being capable of absorbing water resting on its surface. |
