<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the defects of abrasion, sealing and shaking, and to maintain the smooth operation by making all of members for controlling the steering direction of rear wheels and the ratio of steering angle of front and rear wheels as turning type. CONSTITUTION:A rear wheel turn steering angle of rear wheels against a front wheel turn steering angle in the turn steering operation of the reverse phase and the same phase as front wheels is determined by the length L from the center line Z-Z of turning of a turning member 8 to the coupling point of the tip of an arm portion 82 and a front rod 7 and the ratio of the distances 1 and 1' from the Z-Z line to the coupling point of a lever 10 and a rear rod 11, and since the distances 1 and 1' is determined by the turning angle of the lever 10, the rotational direction and the rotational angle of a motor 9 are controlled by the output of a control circuit 17 which operates the ideal ratio of turn steering angle of front and rear wheels at the vehicle speed on the basis of the vehicle speed signal from a vehicle speed sensor 18.</p> |
