PURPOSE:To perform certain fixation of a masking jig by preventing the detachment of the jig caused by wind pressure at the spraying time of a paint, by forming the jig from the string part for forming the parting line of a paint and a film part for covering a non-painting part and providing the hooking member applied to the other member to the side part of the film part. CONSTITUTION:The string part 2 of a masking jig 1 is inserted into the groove G of an article W to be painted and inlaid with the groove G in a crushed state. Next, the surface of the part M to be painted of the article W to be painted is covered with the film part 3 secured to the string part 2 and the side part 3a of the film part 3 in the side opposite to the string part 2 is involved in the rear surface side of the article W to be painted and the hooking member 3b provided to said side part 3a is hooked with the hook 12a provided to a receiver 12 to perform the spraying of the paint by a painting gun and the baking thereof. |
