PURPOSE:To secure the limitation of automatic incoming calls and the privacy of terminating subscriber and to make automatic terminating from all originating subscribers possible by providing an automatic terminating function operating switch, a control circuit which executes the automatic terminating sequence in accordance with the turn-on signal of this switch, etc. CONSTITUTION:When an automatic terminating function switch 22 is turned on, a power supply circuit 23 is operated to supply a required power to each part, and the turn-on signal of the switch 22 is inputted to a signal control circuit 10, a switch circuit 19, an information transmitting and receiving circuit 20, and an automatic terminating permitted set number memory 21 to set individual parts to the automatic terminating function operating state. By this signal of the switch 22, the circuit 10 starts the operation of the automatic terminating sequence, and a PB dial switch 4 sets incoming numbers, whose automatic terminating is possible, to the memory 21. A codec 9 and the circuit 20 are connected to a synchronizing and transmission/ reception frame decomposing/composing circuit 11 by the circuit 19. If the number of a calling subscriber coincides with a preliminarily selected incoming number, the calling subscriber is connected.
