<p>PURPOSE:To control output automatically, otherwise to switch load automatically, otherwise to switch circuit automatically, by combining a generator for a bicycle with an automatic switch in centrifugal force system. CONSTITUTION:A clutch plate 27 is magnetically attracted to a magnet rotor 26, ad into a square hole pivot 28 for the rotor center, a square spindle 29 at the upper end of a main shaft 1 is loosely inserted, and the main shaft 1 is driven. When the main shaft 1 is rotated, then the shaft in a static state is put in rotating and steady rest states by the centrifugal force of a weight 23. A lower pivot 5 and a lifting shell 6 are integrally rotated, but a lifting plate 7 is not rotated. A shoe 8 is pressed in contact with a rail 9 by the force of a pressure spring in three directions through the lifting plate 7.
