POWER UNIT MOUNTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the rigidity of roll by communicating auxiliary fluid chambers respectively with the fluid chamber of mounts arranged at the opposite sides of the rotary shaft of power unit while integrally coupling the resilient walls of the auxiliary fluid chamber through a coupling member. CONSTITUTION:Mounts 4 encapsulating non-compressive fluid in fluid chamber 7 or a bottomed tubular case 5 having an opening in upper face enclosed with a resilient wall 6 are arranged between the chassis 1 and brackets 3 projecting in horizontal from the opposite sidefaces of the crank shaft 2a of engine 2. The fluid chambers 7 are communicated through a conduit 9 arranged with a gate valve 10 to be controlled in accordance to the engine operating conditions. The chassis 1 is also provided with auxiliary chambers 14 constituted with a bottomed tubular case 15 having an opening enclosed with a resilient wall 16 with correspondence to respective mount 4 and communicated through an auxiliary conduit 18 arranged with an orifice 17 to respective fluid chamber 7. The resilient walls 16 are coupled integrally through a coupling member 19 to block displacement in reverse direction.
