Prodn. of covalent complex of heparin and antithrombin

Prodn. of a covalently bound complex (I) of heparin (Hep) and antithrombin III (AT) is effected by contacting Hep-contg. components having varying degrees of activity with CNBr, and contacting the resulting activated Hep with AT. - Also claimed is (I) produced by this process.
