PURPOSE:To make the observation in all directions with a small-sized mechanism possible by constituting four reflecting mirrors so as to cut successively the circular conical rays spreading from an objective lens around the optical axis of an image fiber at 45 deg. with the central axis of the circular cone. CONSTITUTION:The reflecting mirrors 20, 22, 24, 26 are formed into the shape which cuts the circular conical rays spreading from the objective lens 5 around the optical axis of the image fiber 1 successively at 45 deg. with the central axis of the circular cone. The reflecting mirrors are formed to an approximately elliptical shape when viewed along the optical axis of the image fiber 1. The free observation in all directions is made possible by combining the rotation of the reflecting mirrors 20, 22, 24, 26 around the axis B-B and the rotation of the reflecting mirror 26 around the axis C-C according to the above-mentioned constitution. The space necessary for rotating the mirrors 20, 22, 24, 26 may be the range shown by a circle 28 and the necessary space can be minimized. The observation in all directions is thus made possible by the small-sized mechanism.
