<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a local cell between a mother electric conductor and a surface formation metal by inserting a conductive compound as sealed between them in the manufacture of an electric-car line for a new traffic system. CONSTITUTION:In caulking and securing a surface formation metal 1 consisting of stainless steel having an approximately U-shape cross section and a mother electric conductor 3 consisting of aluminium, a conductive compound 5 is inserted as sealed between the contacting faces of both metals. Then, a complex rigid electric-car line is obtained by caulking the crest part 4 of the mother electric conductor 3, thereby eliminating clearance between both of the said metals for the prevention of water ingress and the occurrence of a local cell.</p> |
