PURPOSE:To connect an internal telephone set to a telephone line for a set time only by adding a few relays to devices even when a transmission changeover relay remains unswitched. CONSTITUTION:When a call signal comes from an external telephone set when the operation of a changeover switch 40 is forgotten and thrown to the positions 41, 41A, the signal is given to the inside of a POS device 11 via an input/output port 17, the signal is identified, a telephone start signal is transmitted to a switch control section 19. A time relay 74 is energized in a switch control circuit 70 of the circuit 19 for only a time set by a relay 73 with time limit restoration, the connection with an NCU device 32, an automatic response device 18 and the POS device 11 is cut off. On the other hand, a relay contact 73a is closed to connect the device 32 and the internal telephone set 34 for a time only to attain talking.
