PURPOSE:To subject the long PC steel wires to the rust-proof oil coating completely by allowing the PC steel wires to fall into a long oil vessel in which the supporting rods are settled in every specified distances in the lengthwise direction, slanting and moving the supporting rods, scooping and discharging them. CONSTITUTION:The supporting rods 3 of PC steel wires are provided in every specified distances in the lengthwise direction of a long oil vessel 2 so that these are set along the inside surface of the oil vessel 2. When the supporting rods 3 groups are slanted and moved around a pin 8 with a cylinder 7, the PC steel wires 1 are scooped up from the oil vessel 2 and furthermore rolled in the slanted lower direction to transfer them on a mounting stand 10 of PC steel wires. By this method, the long PC steel wires are completely subjected to the rust-proof oil coating just after the cutting thereof.
