PURPOSE:To make a disk container case especially suitable for vehicles, by providing a cover which is turnably energized in the direction in which the cover is closed. CONSTITUTION:A container case 21 is composed of a main body 22 and cover 23. When the cover 23 is opened, a disk 12 can be put in and taken out from the main body 22 through the opening formed in the upper surface 22b and one side face 22c of the main body 22 and, when the cover 23 is closed, the disk 12 cannot be put in and taken out from the main body 22. Moreover, the cover 23 is usually turnably energized in its closing direction by means of the action of a trosion spring which is not shown in the figure provided at the turning fulcrum of the cover 23 and container case main body 22.
