PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a food into the shape of hand-rolled SUSHI in a food forming part, by rotating plural rolls by a hand-operated mechanism for forcing the food between the plural rolls to feed to the food forming part with roll protrusions. CONSTITUTION:A food forming machine equipped with plural rolls 14 and 15 having many protrusions 18 on the outer peripheries thereof with the separated and opposite outer peripheries provided rotatably in a housing 5 to provide a food conveying part having food passages between the plural rolls 14 and 15, a hand-operated mechanism, connected to the food conveying part, rotating the rolls 14 and 15, and constituted of a handle 42, worm gear 43, rotation transmitting plates 32, 33, 36 and 37, springs 30, etc., and a food forming part, receiving the food sent from the food conveying part, forming the food, discharging the formed food, and formed from recessed parts 25 and 27 of rotors 19 and 20. The above-mentioned food forming machine can be driven by manual operation to form a food, e.g. hand-rolled SUSHI, easily even in a home. |
