<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a fruit SHOCHU (unrefined distilled spirits), by substituting the water necessary in the preparation of MOROMI-TORI SHOCHU (SHOCHU prepared by the distillation of unrefined SAKE) completely with fruit juice. CONSTITUTION:The water necessary in the whole process for the preparation of MOROMI-TORI SHOCHU by conventional process is substituted completely with fruit juice.</p> |
