PURPOSE:To obtain a structure enabling the quick removal of a heat generated inside a winding element or invading the outer surface thereof, by disposing an excellent heat transfer metal from the outer periphery of the inside of the winding element so that it is in contact with a passage of liquid helium. CONSTITUTION:An excellent heat transfer metal 4 transfers quickly a heat invading the outer surface of a winding element in the main to a passage of liquid helium, while an excellent heat transfer metal 5 transfers quickly a heat generated inside the winding element to said passage. By this constitution, the heat generated inside the winding element and that invading the outer surface thereof can be transferred quickly to the passage of liquid helium, the rise in temperature of the winding element can be held down to the minimum, and thus the occurrence of a normal conductivity transition in an electromagnet is prevented. |
