<p>A novel polyaminoamide of the formula:

wherein R<Sub>m</Sub> and R<Sub>m</Sub>' are, the same or different, a hydrogen atom or a monovalent aliphatic, alicyclic, aromatic or aralkyl group and A<Sub>m</Sub> is a divalent aliphatic, alicyclic, aromatic or aralkyl group, or R<Sub>m</Sub> and/or R<Sub>m</Sub>' form a cyclic group together with A<Sub>m</Sub> and the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded. m changes form 1 to p (wherein p is a positive integer) and n<Sub>m</Sub> is a positive integer, which can be prepared by reacting a 2,2,3,3-tetrafluorooxetane of the formula:
