PURPOSE:To reduce load required to move a tip for opening and closing a high pressure air supply opening by providing a cover larger in area than the supply opening and loosely fit to the tip and having a port extending therethrough to complete communication with the supply opening. CONSTITUTION:In a blower in which a high pressure air supply opening is opened and closed by a tip 331 to blow off high pressure air, the tip 331 is positioned on the high pressure air side and a cover 322 which is larger in area than the supply opening is loosely fit to the tip 331. A communication port 335 is formed between the cover 332 and the supply opening 341. Therefore, as blowoff of high pressure air is executed by movement of the cover which can be moved by a small amount of high pressure air supply, the supply opening can be opened and closed by a small moving force.
