PURPOSE:To reduce the number of molding processes, the manufacturing time, the cost of jigs and molds and the cost of an equipment, etc. by equipping a foam injecting needle for communicating the hollow part between a mold and its core part and the inner part of a stay, breaking the resin wall on the side of an outer surface and injecting foam into the hollow part. CONSTITUTION:If both stays of a core material 14 are fixed by stay fixing devices and air is blown from an air blowing device 3 into the inner part of a resin tube A1, the resin tube A1 is molded under pressure on the wall surfaces of the hollow parts of molds 6, 7, and hardened after the process where a resin liquid injecting needle 23 projects into the hollow part 35 to form the outer surface part E1 of a headrest. Then, the injecting needle 23 is moved forward, breaks the outer surface part E1, the tip of the needle 23 is projected into the hollow part 35 to take the blocking cap 22 out of a stay fixing device 19. Resin liquid E2 is injected by a resin injecting head 27 from the inlet 25 into the hollow part 35 and expanded to exhaust the air in the hollow part 35 from an air vent 21 into the atmosphere through the stay 16. Molding of the outer surface part, arranging of the core part in the outer surface part and injecting of the foam into the hollow part can be performed in the same equipment.
