PURPOSE:To simplify a structure and to improve operation property by holding thin linear or granular substances in a loop part. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 24 airtightly allowed to contact with the inside of a stator 2 under prescribed pressing status, a driving disc 25 for rotating the rotor 24 and a spring 26 for applying pressing force of the rotor 24 to the stator 21 through the disc 25 are stored in a hollow part surrounded by the stator 21 and a rotor case 22. Plural small openings (a)-(f) are formed on the inside of the hollow part and these small openings are connected to respective parts through a through hole penetrated into the stator 21 in its thickness direction, i.e. (a) is connected to a pump piping, (b) and (e) to a loop part 30, (c) and (d) to a sample charging circuit, and (f) to an elute group. The thin linear or granular substances are held on a loop part 30 by a filter or the like. It is preferable to hold the thin linear substances in the loop 30 especially like a line as the holding shape and to hold the granular substances especially like sphere. Thus, the structure can be simplified and the operation can be executed easily. |
