<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the frequency of a tape regeneration signal at a high speed, by performing the measurement of a speed by converting the reference frequency signal recorded on a tape to a digital data through a frequency/voltage converter means and an A/D converter means. CONSTITUTION:The reference frequency signal recorded on a tape is regenerated and the regenerated signal is inputted to an input terminal and converted to the voltage signal corresponding to the frequency component of the regenerated signal by a frequency/voltage converter means 35. Further, this voltage signal is inputted to an analogue/digital converter means 37 to be converted to digital data corresponding to the level of the voltage signal. This digital data is set to the measured value of the running speed of the tape. By this method, the frequency of the tape regeneration signal can be measured within a short time and the adjustment of the tape running speed can be performed at a high speed.</p> |
