PURPOSE:To prevent the optioned positioner from being damaged or displaced from its position by external force, by arranging a sealed bellows in a drive pressure chamber and making feedback of the internal pressure in said bellows to an input an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:A sealed bellows 32 responding to a displacement of a diaphragm 25 is arranged in a drive pressure chamber 21, and the inner pressure of the sealed bellows 32 is converted to an electric signal by P/I converter 37, and fed back to an input module 38. Owing to such arrangement, every mechanical sliding and/or rotating member is perfectly cleared and the sealed bellows 32 comes under protection of a pressure case 22, therefore, both high resistance against environmental conditions and protection against damages and displacement of attached position can be secured. |
