发明名称 OPTICAL INFORMATION STORAGE MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease detection errors and to improve reproduction quality in recording and reproduction by a laser beam for forming a light absorptive and reflective dye film on a substrate surface on which a pit array for pregrooving or preformatting so as to project and using said film as a recording layer. CONSTITUTION:A film of a dye such as cyanine dye into which a stabilizer such as nickel complex or higher polymer material, antistatic agent, etc. are incorporated according to need is formed on the substrate 2 of glass, plastic, metal, etc. on which the pit array for pregrooving or preformatting is provided so as to project 7 to form the light absorptive and reflective dye film 3. The dye film of the projecting part 7 can be thereby formed slightly thinner in thickness than the dye of the other information recording part. The detection errors of the pregrooving or preformatting signal are thus decreased and reproduction signal of the information recording part is improved and the errors thereof are reduced. The information storage medium which executes recording and reproduction by the laser beam irradiated through a condenser lens 5 is obtd.
