PURPOSE:To increase a state switching speed and to avoid the deterioration of the articulation by accelerating the rise of a DC voltage which detected speech sending and receiving signals. CONSTITUTION:The speech sending signal ST undergoes the wave detection by a diode D1 via a resistance R1, an FETQ1 and a differential amplifier A1. Then the signal ST is turned into the 1st DC voltage ES. While a speech receiving signal SR undergoes the wave detection by a diode D2 via a resistance R4, FETQ2 and a differential amplifier A2. Then the signal SR is turned into the 2nd DC voltage ER. Then a transistor Q11 is turned on to accelerate the increase of the voltage ES with ST>SR and ES>ER respectively. |
