发明名称 MECHANISM FOR GRIPPING AND HOLDING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease considerably short-circuiting and to execute efficiently soldering with high quality without relying on the operator's know-how by making variable the holding direction of the gripper of a circuit board soldering device provided with a shaft, T-plate, cam plate and circuit board gripper. CONSTITUTION:A holding plate 3 is attached to a hanger 1 fixed to the top end part of a shaft 17 by means of a lock screw 2 in such a manner that the plate can turn freely around the screw and the gripper 5 is fitted to a center knob 4 fixed to the plate 3. The center of the screw 2 is aligned to the straight line running the center of the printed circuit board 8 gripped by the gripper 5. Gripper rests 6, 6 for supporting the gripper 5 are provided to the plate 3 and are fixed after the space thereof is adjusted by a thumb bolt 7. The operator checks the disposition of the leads of the electronic parts inserted to the circuit board 8 and determines the soldering direction where the short circuiting by soldering does not arise prior to starting of the soldering operation. The screw 2 is once loosened and after the circuit board 3 is turned so as to provide an angle theta1 between the shaft 17 and the circuit board 8 to meet said direction, the screw is fixed.
